The vision of the SafetyNet Accreditation™ program is to promote the wellbeing of the agencies’ most valuable asset—their STAFF. In addition to enhancing staff’s health and personal/family life, SafetyNet Accreditation™ aims to improve the agency’s workplace culture, and so increase the probability of enhancing staff retention and recruitment, and the successful fulfillment of the agency’s mission.
